Role Overview
Infrastructure Engineer at Algorium, a proprietary trading firm based in Dubai specializing in algorithmic and computerized trading strategies for digital assets. This is an onsite position.

Role Purpose
Work with the founders to enable the software development required to build a world-class trading system. This involves cloud setup optimization, automated deployment, and resource cluster management.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Architecture
- Design network architecture
- Optimize cloud infrastructure
- Manage microservices orchestration
Deployment & Operations
- Automate software deployment
- Establish trade monitoring infrastructure
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a relevant quantitative area
- Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure management
- Track record of strong results in a proprietary trading company (good-to-have)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent skills and strong experience in computer networks
- Proficiency in cloud computing
- Python script automation
- Demonstrable interest in trading and finance (good-to-have)
- Humility, curiosity, dedication, and perseverance
- Proficiency in English
