Role Overview
Information Systems Manager at Hilton, leading IT strategy and services across multiple hotel properties.
Role Purpose
Deliver IT strategy and support across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives while maintaining system performance, security, and compliance. Lead technology projects, resolve technical issues, and develop a high-performing IT team to enable seamless guest and operational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Implementation
- Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services
- Ensure alignment of IT strategy with area, cluster, and corporate objectives
System Performance & Security
- Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers
- Manage upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements
- Manage shared technology resources and backup procedures
Technical Support & Problem Resolution
- Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity
- Provide training and support to ensure seamless technology experience
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations and maintain critical site systems
Project Execution
- Assist with execution of major system implementations, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Provide professional development opportunities
- Recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
