Role Overview

Information Systems Manager at Hilton, Dammam Airport location. This is a pre-opening position.

Role Purpose

Execute IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties while ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services. Deliver technical excellence and memorable guest experiences through reliable systems, strong security, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Implementation

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services
• Lead technology projects, assisting with the execution of major system implementations, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption

System Performance & Security

• Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers while managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements
• Manage shared technology resources and backup procedures

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity
• Provide training and support to ensure a seamless technology experience
• Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities
• Recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
