Role Overview
Incubation Specialist at Ninja, a fast-growing restaurant technology platform.
Role Purpose
Own partner relationships with restaurant clients, identify growth opportunities, drive performance campaigns, and ensure partners achieve measurable increases in orders, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Own restaurant partner relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics and dashboards.
Growth & Opportunity Development
- Spot and act on growth opportunities within the partner portfolio.
- Drive campaigns to increase orders and revenue for partners.
Operational Support
- Help improve partners' day-to-day operations.
- Ensure partners are performing at their best.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce.
- Experience in FoodTech, F&B, hospitality, or online delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with data and performance dashboards.
- Proactive and hands-on work approach.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
