Implementation Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, Treasury Services onboarding team for Global Corporate Banking in Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
Lead client onboarding implementations from initial scoping through go-live and transition to client service, serving as a central point of contact to ensure clear plans, timely execution, and proactive risk management. Build deep implementation and cash management expertise while helping clients realize value faster through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery
- Implement cash management solutions of varying size and complexity for Saudi Arabia-based clients
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, serving as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, clarifying roles, tasks, timelines, and dependencies with clients and partners
- Coordinate internal and external activities to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes
- Guide projects from kick-off through testing, go-live, and handover
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Partner with sales, product, client service, operations, and other internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Facilitate regular client meetings and status calls to review progress, actions, risks, and next steps
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Reporting & Risk Management
- Provide accurate status reporting and escalate issues that could impact the client experience or target dates
- Identify and escalate issues using sound judgment
Analysis & Quality
- Review client requirements, implementation documentation, and data with strong attention to detail
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, contributing to initiatives that strengthen delivery quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, or project delivery within banking, payments, cash management, or related financial services
- Experience working with corporate and/or financial institution clients in a client-facing capacity
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification and root-cause investigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers, validating data, and producing reports
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Strong data skills, including comfort working with large datasets and maintaining structured project reporting
- Familiarity with cash management and payments implementation practices and lifecycle governance
- Exposure to Saudi Arabia payments landscape, for example SADAD, SARIE, Payroll/Wage Protection System
- Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity and ISO 20022 payment standards and formats
- Experience with securities services products in addition to Treasury Services solutions
