Role Overview
ICT Teacher at Waad Education.
Role Purpose
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons in ICT that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards while fostering a safe, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction and Curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
- Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
Assessment and Documentation
- Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
Learning Environment
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor or Masters).
- 3+ years of experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in the subject matter.
- Proficiency in key teaching skills.
- Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding.
