Role Overview
IBM DAM Expert position at DeepSource Technologies, based in Riyadh, KSA. The role supports implementation, integration, deployment, and optimization of Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
Role Purpose
Deliver enterprise-grade IBM DAM implementation and integration projects from design through deployment, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements while optimizing platform performance and enabling organizational knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Lead and support IBM DAM implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Perform solution deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support post-implementation activities, optimization, and knowledge transfer.
Configuration & Customization
- Configure and customize IBM DAM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable DAM solutions.
Integration & Systems
- Design and implement integrations between IBM DAM and enterprise systems.
- Support API-based and system-to-system integrations involving the DAM platform.
- Experience integrating DAM with other enterprise applications and systems.
Data Management
- Support data and digital asset migration into the DAM platform.
Technical Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and deployment issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documentation, and implementation deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with IBM DAM implementation.
- Strong experience delivering IBM DAM integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DAM deployment in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience working on end-to-end DAM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of DAM architecture, workflows, metadata, assets, and integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
