Role Overview

Hydrojetting Incharge / Team Leader with Shutdown / Turnaround experience at ABIS. This role oversees and leads hydrojetting operations on site, managing the hydrojetting team, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with other departments, and delivering quality service within project timelines.

Role Purpose

Lead hydrojetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution while providing technical guidance and resource management to the hydrojetting team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

• Lead and supervise hydrojetting operations during shutdown and turnaround projects.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies during all operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
• Prepare and maintain records of operations, safety checks, and incidents.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate with project management, safety officers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of hydrojetting activities.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the hydrojetting team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hydrojetting operations, including leadership roles.
• Minimum 3 years as Team Leader in Hydrojetting Department.
• Proven experience working in shutdown and turnaround environments, preferably within oil and gas industry.
• Certification or training related to hydrojetting and safety is an advantage.
