HVAC/CRAC Technician at Intrepid Global Solutions, deployed location with 100% travel requirement.

Role Purpose
Maintain and restore facility systems and equipment in a fast-paced operational environment. Provide detailed technical expertise in facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs while supervising field operations and supporting craftsmen in assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment.
- Schedule preventive maintenance assignments and work orders.
- Conduct daily supervisory field inspections.
- Assist craftsmen in assigned duties.
- Maintain detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations including facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs.
Customer Relations & Support
- Demonstrate strong customer relation skills to effectively provide assistance to company and customer representatives.
- Support and cooperate with IAP policies.
Availability & Responsiveness
- Respond to after-hours calls and work requirements.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain physical condition to meet OSHA requirements of 50 pounds lifting capacity.
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems (CRAC).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of safety rules, practices, and environmental policies.
Additional Information
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required; valid U.S. Passport preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
- 100% travel requirement in deployed location.
