Role Purpose

Install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRF/VRV systems, split and packaged units, and exhaust/fresh air systems.
• Ensure refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak detection are conducted properly.

Maintenance & Diagnostics

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
• Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local codes, and project quality requirements.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and records.

Technical & Performance Management

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Coordination

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on HVAC experience in project or facilities-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience in GCC/UAE projects preferred.
• Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE) preferred.

• HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
