Role Overview
HVAC Technician at Hilton, responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
Role Purpose
Ensure all refrigeration and air-conditioning systems across the property operate reliably and safely, prioritizing guest room issues and supporting the broader maintenance program through preventive and corrective repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Attend to all refrigeration and air-conditioning trouble reports on a daily basis.
- Prioritize guest room trouble reports.
- Carry out necessary repairs to restore equipment to working condition.
Maintenance & Collaboration
- Work closely with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman and peers to execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Execute annual maintenance programs.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, departmental procedures, and instructions.
- Report to the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman regarding daily work progress and trouble report completion.
General
- Carry out all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
