HVAC Technician

Role Overview

HVAC Technician at Hilton. The position is responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.

Role Purpose

Maintain and repair all refrigeration and air-conditioning systems across the property to ensure guest comfort and operational continuity, with priority given to guest room issues.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Attend to all refrigeration and air-conditioning trouble reports on a daily basis, prioritizing guest room issues.
• Work closely with the air-conditioning and refrigeration technician/foreman and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance programs.
• Report to the air-conditioning and refrigeration technician/foreman regarding daily work progress and trouble report completion.

Compliance and Safety

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, departmental procedures, and instructions.
• Carry out all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
