Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
Service Response
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
Documentation
- Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs
- Flag any issues requiring further attention
