Role Overview

HVAC Technician at NMC Healthcare.

Role Purpose

Maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability across the organization's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain A/C log books.
• Clean filters regularly and as required.
• Change filters yearly.
• Check the belts of the AHUs.
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, and split A/Cs.

Service Delivery

• Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance.
• Service split A/Cs and AHUs.
• Perform any related job or work when assigned by the superior.

Preventive Maintenance

• Carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment.

Planning & Coordination

• Actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
• Take stock of items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary materials.
• Convey day to day problems and issues to the maintenance in charge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or graduate degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of experience in the same field.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
