Role Overview
HVAC Supervisor at Radisson Hotel Group. This is a hotel-based engineering role responsible for the supervision, maintenance, and emergency repair of all air-conditioning systems.

Role Purpose
Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel HVAC systems. Ensure systems run efficiently and safely while responding promptly to guest needs and minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise all air-conditioning systems of the hotel.
- Carry out routine and planned preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain familiarity with HVAC layout of the hotel.
- Attend to day-to-day HVAC problems and issues.
Emergency Response
- Carry out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipment and machines.
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quickly while ensuring minimum guest discomfort.
- Ensure that trouble reports are swiftly dealt with.
Safety & Compliance
- Carry out statutory and safety checks as instructed.
- Ensure strong understanding of health, safety, and fire life safety standards applicable to hotels.
- Consider economy at all times and ensure all safety practices are followed.
Planning & Documentation
- Recommend minor or major repairs and perform duties necessary for completion of the job.
- Maintain all relevant log sheets.
- Notify supervisor on job completion.
Supervision & Coordination
- Lead, train, and schedule HVAC technicians effectively.
- Facilitate good communication and coordination with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.
- Immediately report faults on equipment to the supervisor.
- Meet Yes I Can! service standard in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead, train, and schedule HVAC technicians effectively.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution using CMMS or maintenance schedules.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS systems, and energy management practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quickly while ensuring minimum guest discomfort.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.
