Lead and oversee all HVAC operations across multiple properties, managing teams and systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal climate control performance to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and train HVAC technicians and maintenance staff on job sites

Operations & Maintenance

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all HVAC installation, repair, and preventative maintenance activities
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic assessments of climate control systems

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all work meets Saudi building codes and safety regulations

Inventory & Budget Management

• Manage HVAC equipment inventory, ordering, and budgeting

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare detailed reports on system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Valid HVAC certification and current relevant licenses required
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and chiller plants
