Role Overview
Human Resources Generalist at Elliott Group, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position reports to the Regional HR Manager - EMA and serves as the first level HR contact for employees and leaders at the assigned location. Saudi National candidates only.

Role Purpose
Deliver pragmatic, proactive and business-focused HR services to the regional customer base. Act as the primary HR contact and support local business leaders and employees within the region by managing HR operations including recruitment, learning and development, government reporting and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support Regional HR Manager in recruitment of qualified talent aligned with business plans through communication with HR service partners and hiring managers.
- Support Regional HR Manager in review and implementation of effective job offers, salary negotiations, onboarding, visa follow-ups and induction programs for all new hires.
Benefits Administration
- Conduct initial registration, manage changes and complete termination actions for all employee benefits in line with established policies.
Learning & Development
- Work with Regional HR Manager and line managers to encourage learning culture through identification of training needs, training registration per individual training plans and processing of training requests.
- Review learning processes and approaches, application and monitoring of training grants including online learning, classroom training and rotation programs.
- Maintain accuracy of training plans and records.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Contribute to development and implementation, maintenance and clarification of HR policies and approaches relating to HR practices.
- Work with Regional HR Manager, site leaders and local authority to obtain necessary government approvals from Department of Labour as required, such as introducing new policies or benefits, or changes to policies.
- Lead various local committee meetings in line with statutory requirements.
Data & Systems Management
- Ensure accuracy of HRIS data by capturing all changes in the system in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in digital and hard copy format.
- Manage various contracts with vendors to ensure timely renewal of services and avoid disruption, including Time & Attendance system, Insurance and Training vendors.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as first line of contact for employee grievances and assist managers to achieve effective solutions and maintain a conducive workplace.
- Work with site leaders to deliver employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, festival celebrations and employee communication.
- Support Regional HR Manager in conducting workplace investigations.
Performance & Compensation Management
- Support site leaders in annual performance management and compensation management processes.
Business Continuity & Emergency Support
- Support site leaders in management of site Business Continuity Plan due to emergencies or government advisories.
Regional Support
- Participate in provision of HR support across the region on HR-related matters in the absence of Regional HR Manager.
- Work with wider HR team on HR-related process and policy improvements.
- Participate in other regional or global HR-related projects and requests including process improvement, wellness and health and safety and additional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD Level qualification.
- Working experience with Workday HRIS and ATS.
