Role Purpose

Drive HR strategy and initiatives including hiring, benefits, employee relations, and training programmes to ensure compliance and positive team culture. Coach the General Manager and leadership team on people-related issues while ensuring the hotel team delivers a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Development & Culture

• Create programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
• Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
• Welcome and conduct new team member orientation.
• Coach the General Manager and leadership team on all people-related issues.

Manager Support & Training

• Educate and train managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance.

Compliance & Records

• Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
• Ensure hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed.

Stakeholder Management

• Build great relations with outside contacts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification or equivalent.
• Four years of related experience in HR.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional HR designation preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in local language and English language.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters.
