Role Purpose

Assist the Human Resources Department and departmental managers in day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative support and first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Support HR Department in clerical and administrative duties.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations across different functional areas.

Employee Relations

• Deliver first-class employee relations services to colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel or resort.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in large and diverse teams.
