Role Overview
Human Capital Specialist - BP at Group AMANA. This role is crucial in driving people-centric initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience within the Human Capital team.
Role Purpose
Shape and implement human capital strategies by working closely with various teams and departments to align people practices with business goals. Drive change, develop innovative solutions, and make a real impact on the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, setting the tone for a positive employee journey.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by curating and delivering training programs and workshops.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of high performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related queries and concerns.
Strategic Insights & Analytics
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and present insights to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Capital or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and ability to interpret HR metrics.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite, with willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
