Role Purpose
Establish and maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally sustainable workplace by implementing HSE policies, monitoring adherence, and promoting a culture of safety across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Compliance
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Inspection & Investigation
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and investigate incidents.
- Maintain records and reports related to HSE activities and incidents.
Training & Engagement
- Facilitate safety training sessions for employees to promote safe working practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
