The company provides full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works, bringing expertise in measuring and automating exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through localized services.

Role Purpose

The HSE Officer exists to implement, monitor, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards across all company operations and project sites in compliance with regulatory requirements and to promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Policy & Compliance

• Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, including inspection reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Site Inspections & Audits

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

Incident Management

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness programs and continuous communication with site teams.

Environmental Compliance

• Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and spill prevention measures.

Emergency Preparedness & Collaboration

• Support emergency response planning and participate in drills and exercises.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to integrate safety into all operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Mandatory NEBOSH certification and related certifications.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and local HSE regulations.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

Additional Information

• Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require.
