Role Overview
HSE Manager at JASARA PMC. This is a critical role responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable practices across all operations.

Role Purpose
To foster a robust safety culture across ongoing projects by leading the development and enforcement of comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting risk assessments, managing incidents, and delivering safety training to all personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Standards Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and standards for all operational activities.
Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
Incident Management
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Training & Awareness
- Design and deliver effective safety training programs to staff and contractors to enhance safety awareness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's safety objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs and training.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
