Role Overview
HSE Inspector – Airport Experience at Egis Group, located at an airport facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all airport operations.

Role Purpose
To conduct systematic health, safety, and environmental inspections and audits across airport facilities, identify potential hazards, implement corrective measures, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Your expertise in airport safety standards and regulatory requirements will protect the workforce and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Audits
- Conduct comprehensive HSE inspections and audits across airport facilities, including terminal buildings, cargo areas, maintenance hangars, and ground operations zones.
- Identify, document, and analyze potential hazards and safety risks in accordance with Saudi Arabia's HSE regulations and international aviation safety standards.
- Maintain organized records of all inspections, audits, and corrective actions for regulatory review.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented safety measures and recommend continuous improvements.
Incident Investigation
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Demonstrate expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and audit findings with clear documentation of non-conformances and corrective action requirements.
- Maintain excellent documentation and technical report writing abilities.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices across all airport operations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors during compliance reviews and inspections.
Safety Programs & Training
- Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to develop and implement safety improvement programs.
- Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for airport personnel.
- Mentor and train operational staff on HSE best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of HSE inspection experience in airport operations or aviation-related environments.
- Aviation experience is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's HSE regulations and international aviation safety standards.
- Knowledge of airport operations, ground handling, and aviation safety protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Professional certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex safety incidents.
- Proficiency in HSE audit procedures and inspection methodologies.
- Experience with safety management system implementation and auditing is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications.
