Role Overview
HRBP | Automotive | Trading Enterprises at Al Futtaim, headquartered in Dubai. This is a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting the Automotive division.

Role Purpose
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management within the Automotive division, translating HR initiatives into business impact while driving organizational growth and employee excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute HR strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on performance, meritocracy, and workforce diversity
- Lead organizational development initiatives including succession planning, talent retention strategies, and learning and development programs
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Partner with business stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, optimize workforce efficiency, and support rapid employee onboarding
Performance & Compliance
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and group HR policies
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across HR operations and facilitate organizational effectiveness through data-driven decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role within a large, diversified organization
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent business acumen with ability to understand operations and translate HR strategy into measurable business outcomes
- Proficiency in HR compliance, policy development, and change management
