Role Purpose

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities, provide practical people solutions to managers, and drive organizational effectiveness through talent management, change leadership, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic HR plans aligned to business priorities.
• Provide HR guidance and practical solutions to managers on people-related matters, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders while acting as a trusted HR partner and advisor.
• Work closely with leaders to enhance performance culture and align people objectives with business goals.

Organizational Development & Transformation

• Support organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, and people transformation activities.
• Support change management initiatives and help leaders navigate organizational and cultural change.
• Support talent and succession planning activities to strengthen future workforce capability.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Support employee experience initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities.
• Use people insights, trends, and data to support recommendations and improve business outcomes.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and contribute to HR projects, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience within HR Business Partnering in a large and complex organization.
• Experience supporting initiatives related to organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
