HR Recruiter at MIRA Construction, Dubai, UAE. Full-time position in the Real Estate industry.
Company Overview
A growing real estate brokerage operating in Dubai.
Role Purpose
To recruit high-performing commission-based Real Estate Agents and manage the complete recruitment cycle while supporting day-to-day HR operations for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end 360° recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and joining.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets.
Agent Communication & Negotiation
- Clearly communicate the company's commission-only structure, expectations, and business model to prospective agents.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Support employee/agent documentation and other HR-related processes.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.
- Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, joining ratios, and overall hiring performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience within the UAE/Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate recruitment market and available talent pool.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Good knowledge of general HR operations and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
