Role Overview
HR Project Manager at Burjline Builders. This role is responsible for planning and managing complex HR projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure successful implementation and project close-out.
Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Coordinate stakeholders and project resources.
Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets and progress.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish project governance and reporting mechanisms.
Strategic Initiatives
- Lead HR transformation and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years' experience.
