Role Overview
HR Officer at Alwatania Information Systems. This is an operations-focused role for a detail-oriented fresh graduate joining the Human Capital team to handle day-to-day HR transactions and build practical foundations in HR operations.
Role Purpose
To manage core HR operations and employee transactions that keep the business running, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Employment Documentation & Compliance
- Create and process employment contracts through Qiwa, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Manage Iqama renewals, work permits, and exit/re-entry visas through Muqeem
- Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations
Records & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
- Prepare HR operational reports and track key data
- Assist with payroll input and attendance data
Employee Services
- Process employee requests for letters, certificates, leave, and general HR services
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system setup
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Saudi National
- Exposure to Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI) is a plus
- COOP training or internship experience in HR is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Organized and able to manage multiple requests at once
