Role Overview
Egis Group seeks an HR Officer to join its team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This role supports the human resources department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Role Purpose
The HR Officer will support human resources operations across recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, compliance, and workforce development, ensuring organizational adherence to Kuwait labor regulations and contributing to employee satisfaction and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Support onboarding of new employees
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kuwait labor laws and organizational policies
- Ensure organizational compliance with local employment regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll processes, benefits programs, and employee compensation in coordination with relevant departments
Performance & Development
- Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports
Policy & Administration
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and employment regulations
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with HR management systems and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proficient interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports
