Role Overview
HR Manager at Ontime Healthcare. This is a full-time role managing human resources operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization.
Role Purpose
To lead human resources operations, manage recruitment and employee relations, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Training & Development
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
