Role Purpose

As a Band 1 Manager, you will define and align strategy for the functioning of HR in your area. You will take initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational culture, showcasing emotional intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering outputs with excellence in your area of responsibility.

Strategy & Business Impact

• Identify key business building opportunities within the HR scope.
• Consider business implications of projects or processes within the HR scope.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or related field required.
• UAE National preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• English speaking required; Arabic speaking is a bonus.
