Role Overview
HR Manager at Burjline Builders. This role requires 15+ years of HR experience and involves leading HR teams and operations while ensuring HR programs and services align with organizational objectives.
Role Purpose
Lead HR operations and teams to deliver professional HR support, implement organizational strategy, and ensure all HR programs and services support the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities and HR processes.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.
Strategy & Programs
- Support implementation of HR strategy and programs.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
- Maintain strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
- Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
- Experience working within large and complex organizations.
- Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
- Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Arabic language capability is advantageous.
