HR / In-House Recruiter at MIRA Construction, a newly established real estate agency. The role is based on-site to support our expanding real estate and corporate team.

Role Purpose
Lead recruitment efforts and establish HR processes to support the growth of the sales team and build a pipeline of qualified real estate professionals and corporate staff.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents and corporate staff.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
- Create and maintain recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency.
- Proven experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.
- Experience setting up recruitment and onboarding processes is highly preferred.
