Role Purpose
This role exists to build high-quality teams by identifying and attracting talent that aligns with the needs of a growing real estate operation. The position combines day-to-day HR administration with active sourcing and recruitment of real estate professionals to support continued business expansion and workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities.
- Identify, attract and engage experienced real estate agents.
- Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Attract high-performing real estate talent, including real estate agents and sales professionals.
HR Operations
- Operate the day-to-day HR administration functions.
- Support the company's ongoing growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents.
- Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of recruitment databases or ATS systems.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms.
