Role Overview
HR Coordinator at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C., a Food & Beverage industry employer. Immediate joiners only.
Role Purpose
Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee matters, manage compliance, and coordinate between management and staff across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave administration.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Coordinate HR responsibilities efficiently and independently.
Compliance & Administration
- Apply knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to employment conditions as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate between management and employees on HR matters.
- Maintain strong follow-up on HR issues and requests.
Systems Management
- Operate ERP or SAP systems to support HR functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Preferred background in the Food & Beverage industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP or SAP systems.
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Organizational abilities.
- Independent work capability.
- Strong follow-up and tracking skills.
