HR Business Partner, Retail division at Al Futtaim, located in the UAE.

Role Purpose
To serve as a strategic HR leader at the store level, partnering with management to drive organizational success, employee engagement, and operational excellence within the Retail division.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Alignment
- Translate and implement Al Futtaim's People Strategy at store level, ensuring alignment with retail business objectives and HR initiatives
- Design and recommend optimal organizational structures in coordination with store management to support efficient performance and growth
Talent Management
- Partner with leadership to identify talent requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and support succession planning
- Drive employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and talent development initiatives
Financial Management
- Manage manpower costs and budgets, conducting annual manpower planning and ensuring efficient resource allocation
Culture & Employee Relations
- Address people-related challenges through effective HR solutions and foster a strong organizational culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and local employment practices
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, and performance management practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with budget management, manpower planning, and financial acumen
