HR Business Partner

Role Overview

HR Business Partner at Apparel Group. The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvement of the same in terms of configuration and customization as per business requirement.

Role Purpose

Deliver project and process excellence in HRMS implementation, system administration, and ongoing optimization while ensuring data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Excellence

• Provide support for HRMS including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results and process flows.
• Perform scheduled activities and alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision making in HRMS-related issues.
• Support HRMS system upgrades and new module functionality implementation.
• Deliver effective technical documentation including investigation reports and design documents.

Process Excellence

• Follow all processes defined in the project including system administration.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with other HRMS users including Payroll, Accounting and Projects.
• Collaborate with HC Department to plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate Human Resource organization, functions and annual goals.

Knowledge & Compliance

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team and company-wide.
• Encourage team members to pursue training for the benefit of system functioning.
• Deliver required reports and HRMS documents.
• Perform all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
