Role Overview
HR Advisor at Burjline Builders. This role provides professional advice and support on strategic, operational, policy and organizational matters to enable informed decision-making.
Role Purpose
Deliver strategic and operational HR advisory support to management and stakeholders across the organization, driving policy excellence, organizational development and informed decision-making on complex people matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advisory & Guidance
- Advise management and stakeholders on HR matters.
- Provide guidance on complex employee and organizational matters.
Policy & Process
- Review and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
Strategy & Projects
- Support organizational and workforce initiatives.
- Support strategic HR projects and programs.
Analysis & Recommendations
- Conduct analysis and develop recommendations on HR and organizational issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 16+ years of relevant HR experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
- Experience working within large and complex organizations.
- Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
- Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Arabic language capability is advantageous.
