Role Purpose

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the residential property, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while delivering the high-touch service expected in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Public Area Maintenance

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases, and restrooms.
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and decorative features are dust-free and polished.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with the property's luxury positioning.

Supply and Maintenance Management

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Resident Relations and Incident Reporting

• Respond promptly to residents' requests.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the supervisor.

Special Projects

• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
