Role Overview
Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton, responsible for leading housekeeping operations and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests during their stay.
Role Purpose
Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest's stay exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise the housekeeping team by training, scheduling, and overseeing team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
Inspections & Quality Assurance
- Conduct routine checks of checkout rooms and spot inspections of occupied rooms.
- Review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Maintenance & Facility Management
- Report and promptly follow up on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance needs with appropriate departments.
Special Projects & Initiatives
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Maintain stock levels of housekeeping supplies and materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent service delivery, including VIP and special guest requests.
