Role Overview

Role Purpose

Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and quality standards across guest rooms and hotel facilities, while ensuring excellent service delivery and memorable stays for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

• Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Inspire others through leadership and foster teamwork to drive the best outcomes.

Inspections & Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine checks of checkout rooms to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Perform spot inspections of occupied rooms to ensure standards are met.
• Review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained.

Maintenance & Facility Management

• Report maintenance issues or facility concerns promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with relevant departments.

Projects & Equipment Management

• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain inventory stock levels for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

Guest Experience

• Deliver excellent service to all guests.
• Handle VIP and special guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
