Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise housekeeping team members to maintain cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Train and schedule team members to support operational excellence.

Inspections & Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine checks of checkout rooms to verify cleanliness standards.
• Perform spot inspections of occupied rooms to monitor ongoing service quality.
• Review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure maintenance standards are met.

Maintenance & Facility Management

• Report maintenance issues and facility concerns promptly.
• Follow up on reported maintenance needs to ensure timely resolution.

Special Projects & Inventory

• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment stock levels.
• Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

Guest Experience

• Ensure excellent service delivery throughout the hotel.
• Accommodate VIP and special guest requests.
