Role Purpose

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure exceptional cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout the hotel while leading your housekeeping team to deliver memorable experiences that spread the light and warmth of hospitality to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision

• Train, schedule, and oversee team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms
• Inspire others through leadership and accountability in daily operations

Inspections & Standards

• Perform routine checks of checkout rooms to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Conduct spot inspections of occupied rooms to ensure service quality
• Review service areas, storage, and corridors to confirm cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

Maintenance & Equipment

• Report and promptly follow up on any maintenance issues or facility concerns
• Manage inventory and equipment by maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment

Special Projects & Guest Service

• Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives
• Ensure excellent service delivery, including VIP and special guest requests
