Role Purpose
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in ensuring smooth operation of the housekeeping department. The role requires assigning daily team duties, inspecting work for adherence to cleanliness standards, and overseeing team development to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Management
- Assign the team's daily duties and responsibilities.
- Inspect team work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee the development of your team.
Stakeholder Support
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least two years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Effective supervisory skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Eye for detail.
Additional Information
- Relocation to remote area required.
