Role Purpose
Ensure all guest rooms are well maintained and cleaned to the highest standards, provide professional customer service to guests, and maintain a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room and Corridor Maintenance
- Deliver exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors.
- Ensure the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards.
Guest Service
- Provide professional customer service to hotel guests.
- Handle all guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Team and Safety
- Treat guests and colleagues with respect.
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest quality of service to all.
- Provide a safe and orderly environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Housekeeping department.
Skills & Competencies
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude even under pressure.
