Housekeeping Manager at Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels located in Dubai's Business Bay area.

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is a hotel cluster comprising 275 hotel rooms and 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with food and beverage offerings and meeting and events facilities. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay, minutes away from the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach, and other world-leading tourist attractions. The hotel is part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family, which has been on its journey since 1952.
Role Purpose
To lead and manage housekeeping and laundry operations to exceptional standards, ensuring guest satisfaction through team development, supply management, budget optimization, and adherence to IHG brand standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
- Educate all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with local laws, IHG brand standards, and safety standards
Operations & Quality Assurance
- Check that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
- Assist with deep cleaning projects
- Occasionally assist your team during busy periods
Supply & Resource Management
- Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in support of green initiatives
Budget & Financial Management
- Help to refine and prepare budgets that maximize profitability
Guest Service
- Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
- Direct managerial experience over a team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in hospitality or related field
