Role Purpose

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms and common areas, ensuring every detail meets expectations and creates memorable experiences for guests. You will work as an integral part of the housekeeping team to support guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.

• Ensure standards of cleanliness are consistently high throughout assigned areas.
• Maintain pillows to perfect condition and keep mirrors gleaming.
• Keep things in the right place and deliver a spotlessly clean environment that exceeds guest expectations.

• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the housekeeping department.
