Housekeeping Host (Room Attendant) at Hilton. The position involves ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while delivering memorable hospitality experiences that brighten guests' stays.
Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you will maintain spotless guest rooms and respond to guest needs promptly, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms daily, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials.
Supply Management
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
Guest Service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
