Role Purpose
Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while delivering memorable hospitality experiences that brighten guests' stays.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms to spotless standards
- Make beds according to hotel standards
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Dust all surfaces and furnishings
- Vacuum floors and carpeted areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
Linens and Amenities
- Replace bed linens daily or as required
- Replace towels in guest bathrooms and common areas
- Replenish guest essentials and amenities
Supply and Equipment Management
- Stock the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies
- Transport the supply cart throughout the property
Guest Service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Address guest concerns with hospitality and professionalism
Waste Management
- Dispose of trash in designated areas
- Manage recyclables according to property procedures
